Lock Plan

When creating plans there are some that will always be on a certain date such as an assembly.  When bumping plans you don't want to move these and instead want the other plans to bump around them.  You can do that by locking the plan.

To lock a plan click on the Edit link for the box.  In the Extras area check the box to lock the plan.



Make sure to then Save the plan.  Now that plan will always be in that date and period.  If you bump a plan from earlier it will go around this plan to the next day.
